i did get a refund, but again, it was less the shipping of $6.95 and $8.95 restocking fee. i am not happy with this - especially since it didn't complete/ confirm the order and they just took my money & shipped their stuff.
according to the many reviews of their product it is horrible and does NOT perform as ads state. this goes for any of their products (they have a variety of 'cleaning' products that do not work either).
While looking at their site to determine if I wanted it, I had gotten to the payment stage but not the confirmation stage. They charged me anyway. I tried to call to cancel the order, but the phone rang for more than five minutes with no answer. There is no other way to contact them at this point.
Now the package is en route. I found a way to contact them and only after I was being pushed to keep it, they finally agreed to send me information to return but they are charging me a restocking fee and I have to pay to ship it back.
Twice the shipping: one to get and one to return. Such a scam!

Same story as Customer 1. Ordered product Splashfoam and got pkgs.
Did not work, just like the customer I read about and went through the same ordeal of sending back at my expense. I thought about it and did not send it back because I had to pay for both its coming and going and I saw no future in that. It cost $65 for nothing. The product is useless and I am not paying more money to send back a worthless product.
I should have known better at my age.
